These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between gol1x and its users ("you" or "member"). gol1x is a mobile-friendly betting and casino platform that offers cricket betting, slot games, and live casino services to players in Bangladesh.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, family, household address, device, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. gol1x reserves the right to close an account immediately if false or misleading information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. gol1x will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the support team immediately.

3.1 Deposits

Accepted payment methods for deposits at gol1x are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits will be credited to your account after verification and processing.

Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposits via all methods are generally processed quickly.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount for each method is ৳500. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal processing may take 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended in the following circumstances:

• If identity verification has not been completed.
• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• If fraud or unusual activity is suspected.
• If evidence of multiple accounts is found.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on gol1x are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive up to a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

Winnings earned from a bonus are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement is completed. Violating bonus terms may result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms — read them before claiming a bonus.
• No more than one welcome bonus may be claimed per account.
• gol1x reserves the right to cancel a bonus if its benefits are abused.
• Bonus offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

The gol1x VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Regular players at each tier receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze Tier: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver Tier: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold Tier: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

The requirements for moving to a higher VIP tier depend on your overall activity on the platform. VIP benefits are discretionary and may change at any time.

6.1 Betting Rules

Betting activity on gol1x is conducted in accordance with fair play principles. All bets will be considered final once accepted, except in cases of technical error.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting weaknesses in the game system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Harassment or deception of other members.

If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is cancelled due to server outages, network issues, or software errors, gol1x will provide a resolution at its reasonable discretion. Incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to technical errors will be considered void.

• Abuse of the bonus program.
• Illegal or fraudulent activity.

9.2 Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their own account. The opportunity to withdraw any available balance will be provided before account closure, where that balance is legitimate.
